Why Inclusivity
Your Partner in Culture, Inclusion, and Leadership
Creating a workplace where people thrive requires more than good intentions. It takes the right insights, practical expertise, and ongoing support. We work alongside organizations to strengthen culture, develop leaders, and build inclusive, high-performing teams.
About Inclusivity
Founded in 2016, Inclusivity is a Canadian consulting firm specializing in organizational culture, inclusion, and leadership development. We partner with organizations across North America to build stronger cultures, develop effective leaders, and create workplaces where people and performance thrive.
As an IBPOC-owned organization with majority women in leadership positions, we bring a diversity of lived experiences and interdisciplinary expertise to our work. Through learning and development, organizational assessments, advisory services, and leadership development, we help organizations strengthen culture, navigate complex people challenges, and build the internal capacity needed for long-term success.
Our approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each organization’s unique context. Whether supporting leaders through change, helping teams build new skills, or developing strategies to strengthen workplace culture, we focus on solutions that create meaningful and sustainable impact. Above all, we strive to be a trusted partner, providing the expertise, guidance, and support organizations need to move their priorities forward with confidence.
Our approach
Strong cultures are built through intentional leadership, meaningful employee experiences, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We combine practical expertise, evidence-informed insights, and a collaborative approach to help organizations strengthen culture, foster inclusion, and develop leaders. No matter where you are in your journey, we work alongside your team to create solutions that are:
Practical
We focus on solutions that can be applied in real-world workplaces. Our recommendations are designed to be relevant, achievable, and immediately useful.
Evidence-Informed

Tailored
Every organization is different. We take the time to understand your culture, priorities, and challenges so that our solutions reflect your unique context and goals.
